The gedolei Yisrael shlit"a who guide the organization's path and set its priorities — not by publicity or convenience, but by the needs of taharah in the field.
Organizational structure
Merkaz HaTahara works as a single chain of responsibility: the presidency sets the direction, the rabbinical committee rules on halachic questions, the management runs the organization, and the operating divisions work in the field with the religious councils and local authorities — every mikveh, every visit and every repair is recorded in one system.
Second level
Oversight committee appointed by the gedolei hador
A committee appointed by the gedolei hador shlit"a that oversees the center's activity — ensuring the work in the field follows the path set by the presidency.
Third level
The deciding rabbinical committee
Every halachic question raised in the field — a mikveh's construction, the state of an otzar, a balanit's question — reaches the rabbinical committee. The committee convenes for rulings, and its decisions bind the supervision and construction teams.
Fourth level
The center's management
Day-to-day management of the organization: budget, staffing, liaison with the religious councils and authorities, and coordination of all operating divisions.

Supervision & inspection division
Supervision teams go out into the field every day, following checklists built by the center's rabbanim. Every visit is reported to the system in real time, and every deficiency is tracked until it is closed.
